Holy Mass

Holy Mass is celebrated forty days before Easter, at 6 p.m. EST on

Ash Wednesday.

The Imposition of Ashes

The rite of the imposition of Ashes will be included at the beginning of the service followed by Corporate Confession of Sins and Individual Absolution.

Prior to the Service

A local custom at Prince of Peace is a fellowship meal in the Family Life Center just prior to the official beginning of Lent.
