Holy Week

For the second year running, we are all growing better acquainted to the wonderful and historic observances during Holy Week, the week leading up to Easter Sunday.

Campfirmation

This year, like last year (2024), we had three from our church attend Campfirmation: one confirmed youth and two adults (Pastor Faile and his wife Amber), caravaning in two vans with sixteen youth and two adults from Living Faith Lutheran Church (Cumming, Georgia). Pastor Faile preached on Wednesday for Evening Prayer and led three breakout sessions for about 60 junior high students from churches all over the southeast. Fun-filled events, traditional worship services, and lots of catechetical learning are built in with Campfirmation at Camp Linn Haven in North Carolina.

Where We Worship

Our place of worship is a holy place where God’s people gather to receive Word and Sacrament. We also bring ourselves for service to one another in Christian love, offering our time, talent, and treasure. All of it belongs to our Lord who bought us.
